We used to get lots of questions regarding online and digital products of Oxford University Press. And most of them were from the same category. We were also dealing with a great number of teachers and students on a daily basis, therefore on-demand help was always needed in a limited time.
The idea started when a student sent an email saying that she doesn’t know how to send an email. When we went through some articles, we found out that students and teachers are eager to use chat-like apps instead of sending an email for getting help.
With that in mind, we have created Yardimistio to help teachers, students and parents. This app is currently available on iOS. Users can simply find suggestions for commonly asked questions and talk to our chatbots 24/7 where they can get suggestions in specific categories.
We are currently being supported by Oxford University Press.
